[Skimmertalk] Z60A not being copied by CT1BOH-#

Taking this on a tangent (sorry)...

So, for VHF beacons that don't do any of those things, how do we get 
them to appear?  Does inclusion in Aggregator's "BEACONS" file cover this?

Our VHF project will be mainly relying on the VHF beacons as markers for 
openings, and using the SNR report to show band building/closing over 
time, so we want to spot them often.
