[Skimmertalk] No RX, spots on bottom two bands

Hi Bill - from your ini file, it appears you were last skimming at 96 
KHz.  Your lowest two bands at that rate are centered on 1645.5 KHz and 
1745.5 KHz, and you have no CW segments specified for them, so that's 
not going to work.  When you were skimming at 192 KHz, your Segment 
Select line indicates that you had turned off the bottom two bands, 160 
and 80..

I would delete 1645500 and 1745000 from your CenterFreqs96 line and give 
it another try at 96 KHz, and if it works, go to 192 KHz and reselect 
160 and 80..
