[Skimmertalk] sdrplay rsp2 with rtty skimmer

Does the SDRPlay work with any other programs?

The Readme file in SDRPlayIntf.zip
<http://www.kkn.net/~n2ic/SDRPlayIntf.zip> is pretty clear.  Perhaps you
forgot a step?

Did you run Visual C++ redistributable, vc_redist.x86.exe before starting
RttySkimServ?

Is RttySkimmer in a read-only directory like C:\Program Files
(x86)\Afreet\RttySkimServ?   If so, it won't work.

Did you forget to extract SDRPlayIntf.ini to the same directory?

Did you edit RttySkimServ.ini to change RATE=2 and select 3 bands (have to
change the 0s and 1s).

Make sure no other copies are running using Windows Task Manager.
