I also have a Rev D which is still running well, but I made some "upgrades"
-- I placed large copper heat sinks on the voltage regulators with thermal
paste, and placed the QS1R board in a new enclosure with a home-built
self-contained linear power supply and a pair of 80mm fans for active
cooling. I'm hoping to avoid heat related failures.
