[Skimmertalk] Red Pitaya modifications

I just ran across a message on the Amps reflector from Manfred 
Morninhweg, XQ6FOD, concerning the Red Pitaya.  He seems to be a 
top-flight RF engineer, and has done mods on the RP's input circuit to 
make a very good match to 50 ohms.  More importantly, he has quantified 
the improvements in performance that can be achieved with this and a 
preamplifier (on the higher bands).
