[Skimmertalk] New version of RBN feeder utility for RP FT8 skimmers

If you are running a Red Pitaya FT8 skimmer for RBN using the
upload-ft8-to-rbn (125-14)
or upload-ft8-to-rbn-2 (122.88-16) utilities please update the software.

For some time this utility has reported the exact frequency but the
consensus
of the RBN leadership is that the base frequency for FT8 spots should be
reported.

The update is simply done by

1. Move to the folder that holds the software (upload-ft8-to-rbn or
upload-ft8-to-rbn-2)
2. Execute git pull
3. Execute ./install.sh
4. Execute ./config.sh while making sure you re-enter the required
information
