[Skimmertalk] 16-bit RP Operational - first impressions

With heartfelt thanks to Bob, N6TV, my 16-bit Red Pitaya is now 
operational, scanning 192 KHz each of 8 HF bands.

Aside from his help, I completely revamped my home network,installing 
wired gigabit Ethernet from the router to a Netgear gigabit switch.  
Running a single RP at 8x192 requires a steady 85 Mbps.  My computers 
both now show >800 Mbps in both directions, so I have lots of headroom.
