[Skimmertalk] Updated version of RBN FT8 skimmer software for the Red Pitaya

I have identified a defect that can cause the wrong grid locator for
stations
not calling CQ to be reported to RBN.

If you run a Red Pitaya based FT8 skimmer based on my utility
upload-ft8-to-rbn,
you should update.

To do this, follow the instructions in the "Update" section on
https://sm7iun.ekelund.nu/red-pitaya/ft8-skimmer to download and
install the latest version.
