[Skimmertalk] Telnet access to CWS cluster

Most of the Nodes have skimmer spots.  VE7CC, W0MU-1 and many many 
more.  If you use VE7CC's  CC user program you can sort spots by state, 
country whatever you want.  We have been doing this for years.
