[Skimmertalk] How the RBN Knows Where You Are

Following the release of the new website, there has been a flurry of
questions about the map, and particularly about how we determine the dot
locations of spotters and spotted stations. I've written a brief
explanation of how it works, run it by the programmers, and published it
on the RBN blog at http://reversebeacon.blogspot.com/.
