[Skimmertalk] Error connecting to WSPRNet (CWSL_DIGI)

Hi Will,

WSPRnet moved their server, and now CWSL_DIGI does not know how to talk to
it. My fault for hard-coding the IP Address.  I'll try to get an update out
sooner than later.  For now I suggest disabling WSPR.
