[Skimmertalk] Red Pitaya

As I recall, you have a very complex network environment.  The SkimmerPC
and the Red Pitaya have to be on the same subnet of the same LAN or else
HermesIntf_xxxx.dll will not be able to locate the RP via its MAC access.

xxxx must be the last 4 bytes of the new RP's MAC address.  Do not change
SkimSrv.ini.

After editing CWSL_Tee.cfg (must be done with Administrator privileges
otherwise it gets saved in a "Virtualstore" folder that CWSL_Tee.dll will
not find).

Finally, after editing CWSL_Tee.cfg, you have to copy it to the C:\RBN
folder or wherever Aggreagtor.exe is stored.
