I have 2 RTTY skimmers here, both running off the QS1R.  Both using v1.3
of the SkimServ RTTY decoder.

One provides the 10 Hz TELNET spot.  The other is providing only the 100
Hz feed.

I cannot find any difference in the .INI files.  Where is the magic
switch to flip on my 100 Hz only box?
