Hi Andy, I finally joined SkimmerTalk and should have done so long ago (this is my first post).  Jack WA7LNW mentioned the AR Cluster I run, NC7J at my QTH.  There are many others that have skimmer spots of course and they are perfectly good options.  The key for the AR6 cluster nodes like NC7J is that by default they do not have skimmer spots on by default.  You will need to set your DX Filter after connecting for your call / ssid combination.

A number of years ago I created a YouTube Video that speaks directly to your question and should help you out if you are connected to an AR6 cluster.  It's very detailed and you can jump forward and back using the L and J keys on your keyboard... or use the left and right arrows for smaller forward and backward jumps.  I hope you find the following videos useful as you tune your filters to send you skimmer spots that meet your needs while operating:

And thumbs up to WA7LNW, Jack is a good friend and runs a excellent Skimmer server down near St George Utah.  His skimmer hears really well.

Another skimmer feed you will want to take a look at is the dedicated AR cluster W9PA has setup for FT8/FT4.  If you are into the FT modes.  Dave does a great job with his cluster nodes too... CW/RTTY etc... here is his connect info for the FT skimmer spots: dxc.w9pa.net 7374 (make sure you connect to port 7374 and be prepared for the firehose of FT spots... you will want to set a filter to make the spots relevant for your QTH)  W9PA is another great source for a regular CW/RTTY AR Cluster telnet feed.  Dave (along with many others) work hard to keep things up and reliable.  W9PA CW/RTTY/Human Spot telnet addresses port: dxc.w9pa.net 7373

Can someone provide me a working Telnet link to a DXcluster  that provides spots fed from CW Skimmer sources ?  I am planning to set up so that I can get CW Skimmer spots from my state and a couple of nearby states . However a couple of clusters I accessed today do not provide skimmer spots .  One cluster?s web site said they provider skimmer spots but their example of how to turn this off/on did not work.

Google NC7J for a lot of information regarding telnet cluster and state
filtering, etc.  NC7J is my go to spot source for N1MM logging during
contests.
