Perhaps a stupid idea but I was wondering if skimmers have the ability to detect and decode callsigns being CALLED   (e.g K3UK de w2sb) and alert the target station  (K3UK ) they are being called and on what frequency ?  The alert sent to  the RBN and then the target station will get an audible beep via their logging software connected to an RBN.
