Another issue is that users of traditional Telnet DX spotting systems are accustomed to the data improvements made possible by VE7CC's and the RBN's filtering systems that remove stochastic, spurious unique RTTY and CW skimming spots so we seldom see busted spots, despite them being generated in the raw data at higher percentages than for FT8 and FT4. But because there are many more FT8 spots, there are going to be errors in the raw data and we haven't developed a quality spot filtering system for these digital modes.
