Titan question

Hello, I have a Titan and the grid current meter will not show more 
than 15ma. The other symptom is that the tune and load into a dummy 
load are off a little, the tune more than the load. The overdrive light 
does operate and I do get full output on all bands with 45-55 watts 
input. There is also a buzz from the p/s in hi voltage position. Any 
suggestions appreciated. Also any updates/mods appreciated. The amp is 
1988 vintage.
