If American manufacturers as a whole embraced the service philosophy of
Ten-Tec (prompt, honest service and a fair price) , maybe the pacific rim
wouldn't be such a big player in the daily life of all Americans.  Sorry
for the nationalist bend.  

Ten-Tec service is simply superb. End of discussion. Period. No more.
