[TenTec] QSK recovery time for TT 13*0 QRP xcvrs

I would answer yes to that one. The qsk on mine is very smooth and in fact,
smooter and more transparent than on my Omni-5. There is no "sidetone"
instead, you are actually listening to the transmitted signal. A first as
