Even more Centaur Fan Comments

My fan vibrated quite a bit, causing metallic noise in addition to the air
noise.  I remounted the fan using dampening material (wide cut up rubber
bands), and no more vibration noise!

The air noise is a bit much, but what the hey?  This is a MAN'S ham station,
not some wimpy QRP station now.  Who wants a quiet "sport utility vehicle"
 when you can have a noisy HUM-V?  hi hi

Nice amp, nice price, looks basic, but good.  Winner.
