Hi All:
 I chose the inexpensive route to upgrade my Omni VI. MAN, what a
difference! The DSP is superb, the noise reduction difference is a huge
improvement. The DSP low pass filter also works very well,   very
noticeable improvement. Easy to do- remove the top cover and replace two
socketed IC's, put three stickers over the existing pushbuttons, and do
a system reset. I think the best $75 I have spent in radio in twenty
years!
