Steve,

OK, your web literate so perhaps you might answer a brief question about
this echo. Was your reply to my reply sent to the echo or just me?
Something like this conversation needs to get to everyone so we can use
their resources to get the info we need. (I have put " tentec @
contesting.com" in the cc field, that should get this message around, I
hope?

Now, what to do? Easy, we just get the owners of various TT equipment to
send you a copy of what they have on their equipment. I am sure that anyone
who has an older piece of gear will already have gotten the info from some
source (not the least of which is the ham publications.)

All we need to do is ASK here "Hey, guys (and gals!), if you have this info
let Steve know you would be willing to send it to him!". and just wait for
the information bucket to fill up.

p.s., any of your web sites available for a "look see"?

I contacted TenTec's sales dept recently inquiring as to the availability
of product info on some of their earlier gear. Their response was to dig
through back issuses of QST. OK! I don't have access to old QSTs. But, yes
I think a website w/pics and descriptions would be most helpful for those
of us TT affectionados! (I think it would be in TT's best interest to have
some history of their gear lineage available on their website)

Where when and how do we start! I've published a few websites and have
access to scanners, digital camers etc. but without the content I'm
nowhere. Steve/N0TU
