What needs to be done here on this echo, and not by TT, is for us define
the features we want. Sort of build a paper prototype. Every one gets to
contribute their ideas. After all features are identified then everyone
gets to rank them in the order of importance. These results go to TT as
input to their business decisions.

Some features are easy to define, others may take some effort. For example
while the prototype might have a digital display, what type of display
should it be? All types should be noted and within this feature, voted
upon.

It should be a consideration up front that the prototype has a goal of
under some $ amount. This will limit the number of features that can be
delivered for the $ available. Also, they have to make a profit so if it
sells for X then it must cost less then X to produce!
