[TenTec] Paragon II and front tuning knob

To remove the main knob you first must pull of the rubber grip. The set
screws can then be easily removed.  I was able to pull the rubber grip off
after working around it with a sharp knife but take care.

I used some silicon grease on the dial mechanism which made tuning very
smooth.
