Well, thanks to all of you who responded. The summary of the comments, which
were all very positive, are as follows:

WELL BUILT
HEAVY DUTY CASE
EASY TO BUILD
SOLID CONSTRUCTION
GREAT RCVR
WORKED FIRST TIME
SON BUILT IT WITH NO PROBLEMS

As a matter of fact I worked a fellow last nite on 40M in Omaha that was using
the TEN TEC rig and it has a super sound. I definitely am a candidate for one
(or two) of them.

A nice feature that could be offered as an accessory would be a matching box
that contained a digital readout (similar to what Blue Sky Engineering offers
with a built in time piece) and a filter similar to the Autek QF-1. It would
allow you to plug it into the various QRP rigs (including other MFGRS) and
analog model rigs. There probably is not that large a market for that however
because the fine folks at TEN TEC would have thought of it by now...just my
$0.05 worth.

So anyways those of you thinking about one should have no qualms with such a
rig. Thanks to all those who provided input....thats what I love about ham
