[TenTec] Omni VI NR Complaint-Resolved

Thanks to all who responded to my complaint about the tone volume variation
while utilizing NR mode.  I believe that the atmospheric noise pulses were
overloading the rejection circuit.  The problem is much reduced or eliminated
by backing off on the RF gain control until the problem disappears.  At that
point, NR is a benefit, not a detriment.  Happy Easer!
