[TenTec] omni v and dx4win, trlog

Comon guys,
I am still needing help.
I have had no luck getting either program wrking with my omni v.
Will it not work?
If so, then maybe ten tec cud get with these guys and help.
I even tried with log windows ...no luck...
doesn't wtk with any of the major commercial software?

please help.
