[TenTec] Low power amplifier kit

this is mainly for Steve.  Think of that Palomar amplifier as just one
part in a kit.  The bandpass filters can be obtained from a Ten-Tec
junker as the other part.  You would also need a knob and a shaft to
turn the switch on the bandpass filter board.

Result:  one each "homebrew amplifier."  This should keep down the flack
on the reflector.
