[TenTec] QRO, QRP and Courtesy

Generally, it's good practice for a QRPer to, if possible, flip a rx
attenuator in line to see just how weak the TRANSMITTED QRP signal will
sound on the other end assuming equivalent receivers.

This is, of course, if a sustained QSO is to ensue.
