[TenTec] coax keying leads

I use RG-174 coax (the real small stuff) because I had a roll of it. It
makes a neat and tidy keyer lead.  A shielded lead of some sort makes
sense and certainly can't hurt.  I've never had any problems and I've
always used shielded keying leads.
