Hi Terry:
I use CT with mine all of the time. First thing to
look at is the cable. Make sure it is a straight thru
job, not a "Null-Modem" cable. ( 1 to 1, 2 to 2. etc.)
Then, the address of the device should be checked to
assure it is the generic number (Not at home and
can't remember what it is, but it's in the manual).
Also, baud rate, I use 19,200.
Then, in the menu, set the item for the Omni to
report continuously to the port.
That done, it should work fine.
CT 8 and above works fine with mine. However,
TR-Log doe not. Haven't spent any time to run that
down yet.
Let me know if you still have trouble, Terry and l'll get
into the manual with you.
