[TenTec] OMNI VI option I or II upgrade

I recently purchased a used OMNI VI and would like to upgrade the DSP. Since
TenTec is no longer doing the option 3 upgrade I'm limited to options I or 2.
I would be interested in hearing from others who have performed these
upgrades. I'm not sure exactly what new feature(s) I get. How difficult are
they to install? Are they worth it? etc.
