Most of us would just send the whole rig back under the guaranty. When
was this 5 or 6 years ago? Maybe it wasnt a new radio.
Id just sell it and move on if they cant make you happy. Continuing to
whine here isnt solving anything.
 Kenwood makes some nice rigs.
