[TenTec] Paragon question

I have been a Paragon owner now  for many years. Its a great rig! The
rig I used prior to the Paragon was a Delta transceiver with  the
outboard VFO. I liked the feature on the Delta  that allowed me to
listen to two frequencies simultaneously.

This evening after pushing the spot button on the Paragon for a while,I
reminisced how much easier it was using the Delta.  Is there any way to
alter the Paragon to create this simultaneous receive  feature ?
