[TenTec] 9 MHz filter gain jumpers on OMNI VI+

I recently acquired a used OMNI VI+ and ordered the 2.8 kHz filter from
INRAD.  The Omni has a gain jumper for the two 9 MHz filter slots.  Should
the high or low gain jumper be set for the new INRAD 2.8 filter?
