[TenTec] Synchro Detection for 1254

There is an interesting article in Short Wave Magazine, a British
monthly publication with everything one could want to know able SWLing,
December 97 issue. The article is titled receiver projects with the
NE602 chip(IC). The article is interesting but a little vague of course
the projects would be of interest to the tweakers of the 1254 kit out
there.
