[TenTec] Scout audio distortion on 20 meters

I have been told several times when I am on 20 meters that my audio is  
distorted yet I dont have any problems on 40 . I tried turning down the 
drive but the problem is still there  .I use the rig mobile only the ant.
is on the pasenger side mirror and I use a tuner the same set up as on 40
