   Hi Duane,

Nope,  I just got an OMNI VI Plus.  The Omni VI which I am offering to
sell is the one which convinced me to go for it.  The difference between
buying my Omni VI with the level 1 upgrade and a new Omni VI Plus allows
one to try the Omni VI with the Plus's full DSP function for a huge
savings, and even to fully upgrade to the extra filter position later.
A friend tried this rig against an FT 1000  and bought his own Omni VI
Plus.  When it comes down to very close calls, I go with the local
product every time.
