[TenTec] 250 Hz Filter

I just bought a 250 Hz for the 6.3 IF mainly for CW use, but I was wondering 
what kind of results people have had using it for RTTY?  I like TTY 
contesting, and want to know if it will also be effective for pulling out a 
TTY squeaker in a pile.
