Any net, where there is money of concern to you involved---

UPS collect seems an ideal way to buy equipment where there is some concern on
your part since you do not know the selling party.  You have the seller send
the item by UPS COLLECT, and then you pay them the money plus shipping fees,
and a reasonable collection fee.

You get to see the merchandise arrive in good condition, and the seller is
sure to get his money by UPS return payment.  A win-win for all.  It may even
insure more careful handling in transit? :-)
