[TenTec] Substitute Administrator

Jim Lowman, AD6CW, will be taking over as the Ten Tec Mail Reflector
Administrator while I am on vacation.  The change should be made sometime
today, June 3.  I will resume as the Administrator about June 20.  My
personal thanks to Jim and everyone else who volunteered to help out - it
is 
appreciated.
