[TenTec] OmniV power level solution.

I have an idea on how to make the conversion without even opening the lid of
the OmniV: send it to me and I will send in return an Argo 556 with a full
set of band modules. Why, heck, I will even pay shipping both ways...!


I regret that I didn't read the previous post re OmniV power level mods closely
enough.
