[TenTec] Noise Blanker 223a

What changed between the early and late serial # Argosy? I have a low serial
number (187?) and had to modify Embedded Research's Adio Filter model 224
clone to work properly. I suspected a slight change since my schematic was
slightly different than the Embedded Research designer's version.
