Never had a problem with TT site being down. Sometimes loads slow, sometimes
not. Depends on time of day. I have also owned, and still do, Yaesu, Kenwood &
a bunch of TT. TT has, hands down, best service dept. as far as public
relations and helpfulness. 
Another cult fan.
