Got a 400 MHz Pentium II at work with a 100 Mbps CAT5 LAN and the TT 
webpage still downloads no slower than most.

Well, if one has a slow computer and connection then one might set a lower 
standard and therefor slow web sites would seem to be 'fast enough"!
