[TenTec] Paragon 81338 Pll major loop board

Nothing to do with it! They designed and made it. I bad mouth Alinco for
shipping out there
DX70 TH with bad sotter joints and put there inspected by so & so sticker on
their product before shipping it. So I bought American thinking I would avoid
such problems. Ten Tec knew about this flaw on this board so why didn't they
replace the boards on the first Paragons or did they? Is the one I have a
replacement board?
