[TenTec] RX320 DOS PROGRAM UPDATE

The latest version (1.11) of Tom Cooper's, (W1EAT,ooper@gmpvt.com)
RX320DOS.exe has been uploaded to the Jackson Harbor Press RX320
page.  This DOS program can be used in place of the Ten-Tec windows
software to control the new RX-320 PC radio  - use this URL to
access the zipped file:

Tom says this version will run faster on older PCs - I can't wait
to try it out on my old Headstart XT.
