[TenTec] 962 P.S.

I have a 962 P.S. and it makes NO noise-- The only sound I hear is when I
flip the switch, and get an audible "thump" as it turns on.. Maybe you have
a loose screw holding the Transformer laminations together??-- Seems it
should make no (immediately audible) noise..
