[TenTec] OMNI V Relay - disable?

[W5TB]

Hi, I have a 'new' Omni V and as a QRP type have no need for the clickking
relay -- especially since the 'shack' is a QRP closet right off the bedroom
;-)

Can anyone tell me how to disable the relay without major surgery?
