[TenTec] OMNI V Relay - disable?

There are a couple of approaches to disable the relay in the Omni 5. The
most obvious is to use a pair of vice-grips on the relay, crushing it to
dust then gouge it out and finally chop of it's leads. This method is for
serious cw ops. Otherwise, you will have to lift the collector or emitter
lead of the relay's driver transistor (not easy). I just leave mine set for
the longest delay. At 40 wpm, it only clicks once per transmission anyway.
